Job summary

Woodrome Medical PA in Woodville, TX is seeking a Medical Assistant to support nurses and physicians. You will prepare charts, pull notes, set up equipment, and help keep tests and labs on schedule.

You will also manage inventory, set up machines, and clean instruments to maintain a ready, orderly patient environment. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in medical office work, and prior office experience.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification or CMA preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up medical equipment.
• Clean instruments and equipment after use to ensure a sterile environment.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues and visit needs.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures.
• Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties.
