Job summary

Humana Conviva Senior Primary Care in Stuart, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant who serves as the first contact for patient care, performing both administrative and clinical duties. You will document symptoms in EMR, take vital signs, administer injections, and assist with diagnostic tests and blood collection.

This patient-facing role supports TB screening and reports to the Center Administrator, with hours Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or CMA/RMA certification or 5+ years of experience.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Medication/vaccine administration experience.
• CPR Certification.
• TB screening required for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Document patient symptoms in EMR.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Administer injections.
• Perform diagnostic tests.
• Collect specimens and draw blood.
• Sterilize equipment.
• Maintain examination rooms.
• Other tasks as assigned.
