Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or CMA/RMA certification or 5+ years of experience with provider approval.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required.
• TB screening required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Discuss symptoms, obtain vital signs, and administer medications and vaccines.
• Perform phlebotomy, collect specimens, and conduct diagnostic tests.
• Sterilize equipment, maintain exam rooms, and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Deliver direct patient care within certification scope.
• Interpret policies and prioritize tasks with some latitude.
• Follow standard procedures with room for interpretation.
