Job summary

Crossover Health is hiring a part-time Medical Assistant in Bellevue, WA to support both clinical and member services in a dynamic Primary Health setting. The MA will take histories, vitals, perform phlebotomy and immunizations, manage supplies, and assist with check-ins and benefit questions.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential. Requires graduation from an accredited MA or surgical tech program and at least 2 years of back-office experience with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories, measure patient vitals, and assist the clinician with care.
• Handle inventory, orders, and replenish medical supplies and materials.
• Phlebotomy and immunization services.
• Welcomes members with hospitality and professionalism; manages interactions.
• Assist with check-in processes, benefit eligibility, and clinic workflows.
• Respond to calls and emails; schedule appointments and follow up with member needs.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver patient-centered care.
