Batal Plastic Surgery is looking for a motivated Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our team in Santa Monica. This is a 100% in person position combining clinical patient care, operating room assistance, patient coordination, and administrative support.

Schedule: Part Time to Full Time

Pay: $21 to $25/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with patients before, during, and after procedures

Who We're Looking For

Previous medical experience or schooling is welcome but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

We're looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and is comfortable taking on different responsibilities. Customer service, sales, or patient coordination experience is a strong plus, especially someone who is confident speaking with prospective patients and helping them feel comfortable moving forward with treatment.

Bilingual applicants are also a plus, especially Spanish speakers.
