• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification in CMA/ RMA/ NCMA/ CCMA/ NRCMA or eligibility demonstrated by documentation.
• Certification must be attained within six months of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient patient flow through the site, prepares exam rooms, obtains vital signs, and documents patient information.
• Assists with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, specimen collection and CLIA-waived testing as directed.
• Keeps exam rooms stocked and sterile, monitors equipment, and maintains inventory.
• Interacts with patients and care team to promote satisfaction and professional service.
• Performs delegated procedures as per specialty addendum and performs other duties as assigned.
