Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Must be able to commute to satellite offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient flow.
• Take vital signs and document in EHR.
• Assist with procedures and patient outreach for vaccines.
• Manage schedules, referrals and orders in PMS and EHR.
• Perform point of care testing and phlebotomy as applicable.
• Administer vaccinations and ensure safety precautions.
