Zusammenfassung

Holland Hospital is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians by obtaining patient information, vitals, and coordinating care across the care team. You will screen test results, perform phone encounters, and help manage EMR documentation for patient visits.

This role includes scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient communications, with a 80 hours every two weeks schedule and an $18.50–$24.83 hourly pay range, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration or LPN required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 60 days after hire required.

Aufgaben

• Obtain patient information and vital signs.
• Assist physician with patient follow-up calls and test result follow-up.
• Screen and follow up with patient test results and coordinate care with other providers.
• Maintain and update medical records in the EMR.
• Obtain prior authorizations as required for patient care.
• Schedule appointments and manage telephone encounters and routing.
