Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Medical Assisting program or EMT certification.
• Preference for RMA/CMA/CCMA certification.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals and assist with procedures and injections.
• Prepare exam rooms, handle specimen collection and routine lab procedures.
• Chart and document care; use scheduling and billing software.
• Triage calls, communicate with patients and families, and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate empathy, teamwork, and patient-centered communication.
