Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for our Valrico Bloomingdale, FL location. You will support patient care, take vitals, record medical histories, assist during exams, and enter data into the EMR to ensure the best possible patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completed a Medical Assisting Program/Certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to type at minimum 40 WPM.
• All certifications (CMA, CPR, BLS) must be kept current.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals, histories, and assist in examinations.
• Assist physicians, ARNP or PA during exams and procedures.
• Enter data into the electronic health records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support a positive patient experience and top-notch customer service.
