Qualifications

• Completed a Medical Assisting program or CMA/ certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required and kept current.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• All certifications must be current (CMA, CPR, BLS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination and treatment under physician/ARNP/PA.
• Collect vitals and medical histories from patients.
• Administer basic diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Enter data in the electronic health record and support referrals.
