VKP Medical PLLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. You will prepare for patient visits, support nurses and doctors, manage tests and labs, and assist with inventory and cleaning of rooms and equipment.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, an interest in the clinical environment, and prior office experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in a busy medical practice.

Qualificações

• BLS Certification or CMA desired.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up medical equipment.
• Clean instruments and equipment after use.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic care and procedures.
• Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and manage basic medical office duties.
• Room patients and record vital signs.
• Assist providers during procedures and injections.
• Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment.
• Manage patient intake and medical documentation.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and insurance coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
• Support front office workflow when needed.
• Help create a positive and professional patient experience.
