A WOMANS PLACE LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. You will prepare for patient visits by pulling charts, setting up equipment, and assisting with basic medical care alongside nurses and physicians.

You will manage test tracking, lab reporting, inventory of supplies, and keep rooms clean. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced clinic environment.

Formación

• BLS Certification and CMA required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes, as well as setting up medical equipment
• Clean instruments and equipment after use
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures
• Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties
