Responsibilities

• Prepares and rooms the patient for exam and records vital signs
• Performs laboratory procedures using aseptic technique
• Assists physician/APC with procedures such as examinations and testing
• Administers routine medications under orders or standing orders
• Coordinates referrals and communicates with the care team
• Maintains age-appropriate patient care and documentation
