Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support high-quality patient care within established treatment policies. You will perform vital signs, TB testing, blood draws, and assist with lab procedures under supervision, while maintaining EMR entries and patient accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior medical assistant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vital signs, TB testing, and blood draws.
• Facilitate timely patient flow during visits.
• Perform administrative duties to support patient flow.
• Prepare specimens for shipping.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and keep a sanitary, organized workspace.
• Document laboratory results and enter into the EMR.
• Maintain patient accounts including insurance and billing information.
• Coordinate with teams on appointments and participate in meetings.
