Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program with certificate, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Experience with medical records processing and basic clinical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with health care team to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Performs vital signs, measurements, and screening procedures and records findings.
• Collects specimens and assists with procedures following infection control protocols.
• Performs daily equipment controls and informs supervisor of issues.
• Assists with electrocardiograms and phlebotomy per provider orders.
• Supports physicians and nurses during examinations and procedures.
• Maintains examination rooms and stocks supplies; handles clerical duties to ensure patient flow.
• All duties align with ADA-defined essential functions.
