Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Seattle, WA is hiring a Full Time Medical Assistant to provide care for client employees at our Seattle Health Center. Hours are Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm.

You will interview patients, take vital signs, maintain records, prepare rooms, assist with procedures, administer medications, and handle front-desk tasks. A CMA/BLS and externship are required; prior MA experience preferred. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with CMA or approved national certification.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• State Lab Certificate (NV only) if applicable.
• CMA certification from an approved certifying body is required.
• Prior MA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and measures vital signs.
• Maintains patient health records with up-to-date information.
• Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments.
• Medication administration including injections; runs labs and EKGs as permitted.
• Performs front desk tasks, schedules appointments and calls follow-ups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
