Job summary

CentroMed is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians with exams, administer vaccinations, and perform routine nursing tasks in a patient‑centered clinic in New Braunfels, TX.

The role requires a high school diploma, completion of a Medical Assisting program, and at least 6 months of clinical experience. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to quality care and patient service in a busy primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent and completion of Medical Assisting Program.
• Experience: 6 months experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake – collect patient history, vital signs, and document in medical records.
• Administers patient immunizations following protocols.
• Administers medications and treatments ordered by the provider.
• Maintains treatment rooms and supplies; supports lab duties.
• Travel to Centro Del Barrio sites to carry out duties.
