Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care and support in a fast-paced environment. The role involves entering intake and provider orders into the EMR, obtaining patient information and specimens, and ensuring smooth patient flow with professional communication.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, familiar with MS Office, and strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in scheduling and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with medical forms as needed.
• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR system with accuracy.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate patient flow and channels for timely communication.
• Support staff with ancillary duties and education materials.
