Job summary

Community Health Network is looking for a Medical Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will assist the provider in managing patient visits and procedures, conduct routine laboratory tests, and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.

Qualified candidates should have a diploma from a Medical Assistant program or a high school diploma with experience, and be able to obtain Medical Assistant certification within 6 months of hire. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient visits and procedures at an ambulatory health care site.
• Manage an efficient flow of the provider’s caseload.
• Obtain vital signs, EKGs, and specimens as needed.
