Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with health care team and prepare patients for examinations.
• Perform vital signs and document findings in EHR.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain patient flow.
• Collect specimens per clinic protocol.
• Adhere to infection control standards and PPE usage.
• Maintain examination rooms and inventory; manage supplies.
• Process medication refills per clinic protocol.
• Communicate with service providers and respond to patient messages.
• Complete requisitions and labeling of specimens.
