Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• Active medication aide and BLS/CPR certification required.
• One year of Medical Assistant experience with EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the health care team and prepare patients for visits.
• Document findings in the EHR and ensure accurate records.
• Collect specimens per clinic protocol; label and route specimens.
• Maintain examination rooms and stock supplies; manage cleanliness.
• Process medication refills per clinic protocol.
• Answer patient calls and messages within guidelines.
