Candidate must complete MA training, hold an active MA certification, and demonstrate strong computer and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved medical assistant training program.
• Active MA certification required; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs and recording symptoms.
• Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures; support patient flow.
• Coordinate care including referrals, prescriptions, and scheduling.
