You will assist with procedures, maintain exam rooms, manage patient intake, and help ensure efficient clinic operations while delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program and 0–1 years of experience; basic MS Office and EMR skills; strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant program from an accredited school preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship required.

Responsibilities

• Assists providers with non-invasive medical procedures and takes vital signs.
• Prepares and cleans exam rooms before visits and procedures.
• Performs patient intake duties including reporting results and triage.
• Maintains daily logs and documentation.
• Supports scheduling, referrals, insurance verification and clinic communications.
• Maintains an organized workload and delivers courteous service.
