• High school diploma or GED required; MA program preferred or 2+ years clinical MA experience.
• Ability to take vital signs and understand medical terminology.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in waiting/ exam areas and relay messages to providers.
• Prepare patients for care and ensure comfort and safety.
• Document vitals, medications, allergies, and orders in patient charts.
• Maintain infection control and sterile technique; prepare exam and recovery rooms.
• Support administrative duties when clinical duties are completed.
