Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-visit planning and review/update patient medical records.
• Prepare patients for examination including vitals, meds, and allergies.
• Assist in exam rooms, maintain supplies, clean and sterilize instruments.
• Coordinate with providers and care team; document and communicate patient information.
• Support administrative tasks such as check-in/check-out and onboarding processes.
