VillageMD is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians, PAs, and NPs across clinical settings. You will prepare exam rooms, manage patient flow, document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy program required.
• 0-1 year related work experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare examination rooms and assist in patient flow.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate charting.
• Document vital signs and update EHR accurately.
• Schedule appointments and manage calls and messages.
• Assist with supplies and inventory.
• Provide referrals and/or consult orders as needed.
• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines.
