Job summary

Women's Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide professional administrative care for patients, preparing charts before and after visits and supporting billing and scheduling. You will work with RNs on chart completion and maintain HIPAA compliance in a busy clinical setting.

The role requires standing in a fast-paced environment, strong organization, and accurate data entry in electronic medical records (eCW preferred).

Qualifications

• 1 year Medical Assistant experience required; OB/GYN or primary care a plus.
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Organize patients' medical history and records in EMR.
• Assist RNs with chart completion, scheduling, and billing.
• Check in patients and ensure documentation is complete before procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional patient interactions.
• Relay messages between patients, front staff, and providers.
