Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for certification or completion of a medical assisting program.
• One to three years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow medical protocols and procedures accurately.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers in examining, treating, and evaluating patients, ensuring accurate and compassionate care.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing insurance claims.
• Administer medications, prepare and dispense medical supplies, and assist in laboratory procedures when necessary.
• Provide patient education and support, helping them understand their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
