Qualifications

• Graduate of an ABHES or CAAHEP-accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Experience in a clinical setting with rotation preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days; injection training may be required.

Responsabilités

• Rooms patients and prepares them for exams.
• Assists in examinations, treatments, and clinic procedures.
• Assists with laboratory procedures and screening tests.
• Answers phones and triages or directs inquiries.
• Schedules appointments and enters dates/times in the scheduler.
• Performs reminder calls and greets visitors.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate records in the system.
• Coordinates referrals and processes payments.
