You will also help manage inventory, set up equipment, and clean instruments and rooms as needed. Strong customer service and a desire to learn in a medical setting are essential.

• Background in a medical practice with prior authorizations and insurance verifications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and setting up medical equipment.
• Handle prior authorizations, chart creation, scheduling of new patients and follow-ups.
• Clean instruments and equipment after use.
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues and visit needs.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures.
• Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and manage basic medical office duties.
