Responsibilities

• Support physicians and clinical team with patient care throughout the visit.
• Educate patients on orthopedic care, including cast care and use of orthopedic appliances.
• Enter physician-directed orders for services such as X-rays and physical therapy.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, post-operative visits, and other care needs.
• Assist with surgery scheduling, including pre-operative testing and equipment.
• Manage patient flow to support efficient experiences for patients and providers.
• Respond to patient calls, triage questions, and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized exam, treatment, and bracing rooms.
