Job summary

SynergenX & Low T Center is seeking a friendly Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced clinic in Tennessee. You will work with providers to support patient care, perform vitals, phlebotomy, and injections, and help keep the front desk and labs running smoothly.

We value a great attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn. Paid training is provided, and benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and PTO. This role emphasizes teamwork, patient comfort, and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR completion of a 180-hour externship.
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Two weeks of paid training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Taking manual patient vitals.
  • Performing routine blood draws and venipuncture.
  • Administering IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
  • Assisting providers with patient care and procedures.
  • Running in-house labs and preparing outside lab samples.
  • Maintaining lab equipment and quality-control documentation.
  • Helping with inventory, ordering, and supplies.
  • Supporting front desk operations when needed.
  • Building positive relationships with patients and teammates.
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll help keep the clinic running smoothly while creating a great patient experience.

Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Will have a weekday off if scheduled a Saturday
