Job summary

Avita Health System in Galion, Ohio, is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Health Services Department across multiple locations. The role involves performing administrative and direct care services to enhance patient comfort and satisfaction, ensuring smooth patient flow throughout their visitation.

Position Overview

Performs a variety of administrative and direct care services to promote patient comfort and customer satisfaction. Responsible for patient flow throughout the visitation process and performing required procedures and tasks as directed.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

• Certification or Registration as a Medical Assistant, STNA, EMT or Paramedic.
