Sentara Spring Creek Family Medicine in Zion Crossroads, VA, is hiring a Medical Assistant (non-certified) for a full-time, on-site role. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional float support.

The MA will perform patient care and handle administrative tasks under physician/NP/PA supervision. Minimum one year of clinical/administrative experience is required; phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification must be completed within 9 months in CCMA CMA RMA EMT.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• One year of clinical/administrative experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and administrative/clerical support as directed by supervising clinician.
