Job summary

Qualifications

• Vitals, rooming, and bloodwork are performed.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred when possible.
• May travel between practices as needed.
• Data entry and EMR documentation are required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to clinical areas and verify identity.
• Perform clinical intake and document patient information.
• Transcribe and update demographics and medical history in the record.
• Prepare patient charts and assist with paperwork like disability forms.
• Maintain clean examination areas and stock supplies.
• Coordinate in-office testing and processing of specimens.
