Job summary

Fauquier Health in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) for our multi-specialty clinic. The role involves clinical and administrative support, taking vital signs, patient history, and assisting providers with exams and procedures.

Qualifications

• CMA/CCMA/RMA certification required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical and administrative duties in support of the office.
• Take vital signs, document patient history, and update EHR.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and medications or injections.
• Perform basic lab tasks, prepare specimens, and stock exam rooms.
• Support front office and patient care coordination, including scheduling and insurance verification.
