International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Medical Assistant in Lawton, Oklahoma, to assist in delivering patient care during office hours. The role requires graduating from a Medical Assistant Program and providing necessary documentation at the time of hire. DEFINITION

The Medical Assistant (MA) is accountable for assisting in the delivery of patient care in the clinic during office hours. The medical assistant is accountable to the Physician/Provider, Office Supervisor, Department Director, patient and family for patient care functions. Patient population includes: all age groups to include children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from a Medical Assistant Program. Provides documentation showing completion of the medical assistant program; which needs to be presented at time of hire allowing the hospital to verify completion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

One to two years physicians’ office experience, as a MA, preferably primary care.
