Medical Assistant (MA) – Corrections

Phoenix, AZ & Valley Area

Nextaff, a leading healthcare staffing agency in Arizona, is currently hiring dependable and professional Medical Assistants (MA) for correctional facilities throughout the Phoenix Valley area.

This is a W2 position (not 1099) offering consistent scheduling, weekly pay, and full support from our team.

Schedule & Assignment Details

• Day & Night Shift Openings Available
• Must commit to 3x12-hour shifts weekly
• Minimum 13-week commitment required
• Weekly pay every Friday (Work week runs Monday–Sunday)
• Overtime opportunities when offered by the facility and accepted by the employee

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00 per hour

No Corrections Experience? That’s Okay!

You do not need prior corrections experience.

Candidates with at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience within the last 2 years will receive:

• Shadow shifts
