Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and general health information for patient charts and prepare patients for examination.
• Assist provider with examinations and procedures as needed.
• Assist in collection of laboratory specimens and performance of tests as ordered by provider.
• Enter and record patient information concisely and accurately in charts.
