Trinity Health in the United States seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy clinic. You will assist with exams, vital signs, specimen collection, medication administration, and documentation under provider direction.

You will schedule tests, coordinate pre-certifications, educate patients, maintain chart accuracy, and ensure confidentiality while upholding Trinity Health's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical assistant program accredited by CAAHP or ABHES.
• Must obtain CMA/RMA/NCMA/CMA/CCMA/NRCMA/NPCE MA within one year of hire.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and able to navigate Windows, email, and MS Office.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care through preparation, vital sign collection, and documentation.
• Assist with procedures and use diagnostic equipment.
• Administer medications and immunizations under provider direction.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and test results.
• Schedule procedures, labs, x-rays, and surgeries; communicate plans of care.
• Coordinate pre-certifications and follow-up contact for continuity of care.
