Job summary

Aurora Medical Group is seeking Medical Assistants and LPNs to join our ambulatory care team in West Allis, WI. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with a Wednesday or Thursday day off and no weekends or on-call.

Pay starts at $22–$23 per hour for Medical Assistants and $24.50–$25.50 per hour for LPNs, with variation by experience. You will support providers, perform vital tasks, and help ensure compassionate patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• MA: BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• LPN license issued by the state of practice.
• MA program completion or 2 years of verifiable full-time MA experience in the last 5 years.
• LPN: Advanced training beyond High School including Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
