Job summary

Aurora Medical Group in Wisconsin is seeking Medical Assistants or Licensed Practical Nurses to join our ambulatory care teams. You will support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate care experience across multiple clinics.

Position requires MA or LPN credentials with BLS. Work hours are Mon–Thu 8:00 am–5:00 pm and Fri 8:00 am–12:00 pm, with occasional travel to Brookfield and New Berlin clinics on Thursdays.

Qualifications

• LPN license with BLS certification required within 45 days.
• MA: completion of accredited MA program or 2 years verifiable full-time MA experience.
• GED or HS Equivalency Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
