Aurora Medical Group in West Allis, part of Aurora Health Care, seeks Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to support ambulatory care teams. You will welcome patients, take vital signs, help with exams, administer vaccines, perform lab tasks and document in the electronic health record.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4 pm, with no weekends. Primary site West Allis with occasional travel to Six Points, 84 South and Summit.

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA) required within 45 days.
• GED or HS Equivalency Diploma.
• MA: Completion of an accredited or approved Medical Assistant program or 2 years full‑time MA experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and support transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab‑related tasks including specimen collection and point‑of‑care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high‑quality, coordinated care.
