Qualifications

• Seven years of related healthcare experience is required.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling and staff.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of EPIC; may be required to be EPIC super user.

Responsibilities

• Meets training and competency requirements.
• Provides staffing schedules for clinic and supports staff and clinicians.
• Coordinates scheduling of patient tests and follow-ups with physician.
• Provides in-service training and acts as a preceptor; coaches performance evaluations.
• Participates with leadership to ensure effective clinical operations.
• May document patient exams in EHR noting exam components, diagnoses, plans, orders, medications.
• Performs Point of Care Testing (POCT) and reports findings to RN or Provider.
• Demonstrates proficiency in MA clinical and administrative duties.
