Gundersen Health System in Winona is seeking a Medical Assistant to support OB/GYN and URO/GYN care from first visit to follow-up. This role requires taking vitals, updating charting, and assisting with procedures and virtual visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or eligible for NCLEX-PN.
• High School Diploma or equivalency with Medical Assistant Certification.
• BLS CPR for healthcare workers.
• Certification within 15 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and update patient information in charting systems to support quality care.
• Assist with procedures and virtual visits, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of patient needs.
