Qualifications

• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
• Experience in a medical office setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities

• Provide immunizations, take vitals, assist with exams, and perform clinical/clerical duties.
• Prepare patients and assist physicians with procedures.
• Manage patient records, handle referrals, and coordinate laboratory services.
• Perform tests, administer injections, and prepare exam rooms.
• Support physicians with treatments and procedures.
• Maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness and readiness of equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
• Current Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT)
• CPR and BLS certifications
• Ability to communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Lift and push up to 50 pounds
• Stand and sit for extended periods
• Use fine motor skills and operate office equipment
• Travel between locations as needed
