Advocate Medical Group, part of Advocate Health, in Palos Hills, IL, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support care teams with clinical and administrative tasks. A MA diploma or 2 years MA experience (or certified MA with 2 years) is required, with phlebotomy skills preferred.

Schedule: M-F with rotating Saturdays; clinic hours vary. You will welcome patients, record vitals, assist with procedures, and document in the EHR.

Formación

• Phlebotomy skills preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
