Qualifications

• Medical Assistant diploma/certificate required.
• EMR experience; NextGen preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and take medical histories.
• Assist the physician during examinations and explain procedures.
• Coordinate information with behavioral health and other offices.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, greet patients, and handle clerical duties.
• Follow up on patient requests and update charts and test results.
