Terros Health is hiring a Medical Assistant at our Mitchell Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role supports primary care and behavioral health services on site, with extensive patient contact and administrative duties.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking histories, assisting clinicians, coordinating care with behavioral health and other teams, and maintaining accurate records. Competitive benefits and language differential pay may apply.

• Medical Assistant Diploma and/or Certificate is required.
• NextGen EMR experience is preferred.
• Candidates should have strong communication and professional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and take medical histories.

• Coordinate information with behavioral health and other care teams.
• Manage patient communications, appointments, and follow-ups.
